Our Team

Sophie Pommaz

Director of Teams Up and mother of two, Sophie Pommaz is passionate about life in all its dimensions.

With more than 15 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in the corporate world, Sophie has built strong expertise in supporting people and organizations. Her career, spanning both multinational corporations and the humanitarian sector, has given her an international and multicultural perspective on human performance.

Her approach places people at the center while integrating the strategic needs of organizations. She supports leaders in their roles, helping them enhance both their individual performance and the effectiveness of their teams.

Throughout her career, Sophie has guided and supported major strategic and human transformations within national and multinational companies, consolidating her expertise in change management and talent development.

Skiing, permaculture, zero waste, and board games are just some of the activities that inspire her daily balance and reflect her holistic approach to human relations.
